The 10th match of the IPL 2026 has been scheduled between SunRisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants (SRH vs LSG) on Sunday afternoon (April 5). Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Uppal, Hyderabad, is set to host this fixture, which will be the first IPL 2026 match at this venue. Meanwhile, SRH are ready to play their third game of the season, while it is the second game for LSG.
The IPL 2016 champions SunRisers Hyderabad recorded one win and one loss in their first two games of the season. Playing the season opener against the defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru at their home, SRH scored 201/9 in 20 overs, which was chased in just 15.4 overs after losing four wickets. However, in their second game of the season, they thrashed the hosts Kolkata Knight Riders by 65 runs. While SRH scored 226/8 in 20 overs, KKR were all out for only 161 runs.
Meanwhile, Lucknow Super Giants started the new IPL season with a defeat against Delhi Capitals. After getting bowled out for 141 runs, LSG put DC down to 26/4, from where the visitors made a solid comeback to chase the target in 17.1 overs without losing any further wickets.

Lucknow Super Giants captain Rishabh Pant won the toss and chose to field first. Meanwhile, the SunRisers Hyderabad stand-in skipper Ishan Kishan is in good spirits after being forced to bat first.
