Reason For His Commission
Recent ongoing series between India and England two wicketkeepers Sanju Samson and Dhruv Jurel are in the front line. Where else in the ODI scheme of things there will be KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant. Though having a double century in ODI why Kishan has been neglected completely will he be proclaimed more in the scheme of things or not. 
 In his recent video, he claimed that we have completely forgotten Ishan Kishan. He played in the T20 World Cup in Dubai. Next, he was part of the 2023 World Cup too. Chopra accepts that he had made a mistake when selectors insisted he play Ranji Trophy last year but he clearly refused he won't go back to domestic. It was clear take of the selectors that if he didn't play he would be not selected for the Indian Team.

He clearly says that the punishment given to him was right you can't neglect your superiors but now he has played all forms of domestic what's the reason for his exclusion or not being in the process of selection. 
Out Of Form Troubling More

 Now Kishan is far behind in the race of wicketkeepers where Jurel, Samson, and Rahul are ahead of him, He becomes a 3-4 choice of selectors which is deep down. Another thing that is going away from him is his recent form. Kishan is been in a really bad form in Ranji Matches. The captain of Jharkhand in his last 5 outings only managed the score of 8,23,48,39,8 which is not the score expected from him. The Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy scores are also not that impressive. 
 Another point that goes against his favour is he is been inconsistent and he has fairly good numbers at the opening slots only when he comes down the order does he just miserably fail. Now in IPL 2025, he has been picked by SRH at a whopping price of 11 crore and the team has a set of dimensional players, Will he be able to make his place in the team that's really questionable. If he has to get into the team he should have a good IPL season with SRH which seems more of a dream now.
