ISPL 2025: The Rules That Make Cricket More Fun and Exciting
The Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) is a really great T10 cricket where we use tennis balls to play! It's made for young ones all over India who truly wish to become cricket stars , especially young ones who don't have many possessions. There was a remarkable search for cricket players in Dharavi in Mumbai in 2021, and that's what made people want to start the ISPL.
It helps young ones demonstrate what they can do. They already played an entire year of games in March 2024. It happened in Dadoji Kondadev Stadium in Maharashtra. 5 lakh people came to watch, and even more 11 million fans watched it from their homes or on their phones! Some very important persons in BCCI, such as Ashish Shelar, who used to manage money for BCCI, the incredibly well-known cricket player Sachin Tendulkar, and Amol Kale.
There's also Ravi Shastri, who used to instruct the Indian cricket team, and now he's here to teach many kids to become very good play at cricket. The first time they did this was so incredible that they started again on January 26 for the second time! Even though it might seem somewhat abnormal and hard to know what's happening, it's really not about saying unkind things that are false it primarily bears on playing and improving in cricket.

New ISPL Rules and Features

| Tip-Top Toss | Captains walk heel to toe: the one stepping on the other's foot wins. |
| 9 Street Runs | Shots landing in the audience score 9 runs. |
| 50-50 Over | Batting team declares a minimum score (≥16). |
| Success: 150% of declared runs added to the total. | |
| Failure: 50% of declared runs added to the total. | |
| Tape-Ball Over | 2 overs per inning must use a tape ball. |
| Playing XI | Must include players from 5 zones. |
| Must include at least 1 U-19 player. | |
| Substitutions | 2 substitutes allowed per team. |
| Injured players replaced by unsold players from the same zone. |
