The three-time champions of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), will start their event against the five-time champion, Mumbai Indians (MI), on March 29 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. They couldn’t start at the home venue due to the city elections. 

The KKR side’s opening game at the home venue, the Eden Gardens, will be against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on April 02 in the evening. The ground will provide more advantage to the batters and the bowlers of the side. The champion side will be up against the Punjab Kings on April 06 in the evening.

The final group-stage clash for the Ajinkya Rahane-led side will be against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on April 09, and the latter will make their way into the City of Joy. The craze for the tickets to these games will be massive as the fans will look to make their presence in the stadium.

How to buy KKR’s tickets in IPL 2026

Here are the steps and process of buying IPL 2026 tickets for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)-

  • If a fan wants to be present during the live KKR match at the Eden Gardens, then they will need to go to the Book My Show platform or to the IPL official website.
  • The fans will need to choose the match that they want to be part of. For example, Kolkata’s first home game will be against Sunrisers Hyderabad, as the fans will need to select the venue and the match date.
  • Four stands, General Stands (INR 450-850), Standard Seats (INR 900-3000), Premium Seats (INR 4000-18000), and VIP Hospitality (INR 19000+), will remain available for selection. The fans will need to select the stands they want to stay in.
  • After choosing the stands, the fan will need to fill in their contact details for the ticket confirmation.
  • In the final step of the process, they will need to complete the payment by using any of the UPI, Credit card, Debit card, or net banking.
  • Finally, they will get a digital ticket with the QR code via email and SMS, as they will need to scan it while entering the stadium.
