All six teams, Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, and Multan Sultans, will feature in a double round-robin format, and the top four will feature playoffs. The group stage would conclude on May 10, followed by playoffs, leading to the grand final in Lahore on May 18
