Batting first, they posted a competitive total of 176/7, powered by a classy 76 from opener Virat Kohli and a vital 47-run knock from Axar Patel in the middle order. This performance, coupled with Rohit's captaincy, sealed India’s long-awaited world title and cemented his legacy as one of India's greatest leaders in white-ball cricket.
