Rishabh Pant, India’s wicketkeeper, was involved in an accident on National Highway 58 in the Haridwar district that left him in the hospital in Dehradun. While he sustained a few injuries, Pant is understood to be safe now. The car was said to be driven by Pant. His injuries are not yet fully understood.
In the Haridwar district, the accident occurred in the early hours of Friday, December 30 between Manglaur and Narsan. Before being transferred to the Max Hospital in Dehradun, Pant received his initial treatment, according to ANI.
In India’s victory in Nagpur, he scored 93 points. He was scheduled to report to the NCA for Strength & Conditioning work prior to the Test series against Australia, which was scheduled to begin on February 9 and was not included in the squads for the white-ball series against Sri Lanka.
Pant has lacerations wounds on his forehead, one of which is right above his left eye, according to Dr. Sushil Nagar, who directed the emergency treatment; His knee has a tear in a ligament; as well as cuts on his back. However, despite the fact that Pant’s car caught fire, the initial X-rays indicate that there is neither a fracture nor any burns on his body.
He has been taken to Max Hospital in Dehradun, where additional scans, such as an MRI, will be performed to ascertain the extent of his injuries and the next steps in his treatment. At 6 a.m., Pant got to the hospital.
Pant was traveling to Roorkee in Uttarakhand when the accident occurred early on Friday. He was then transferred to Dehradun* after being taken to a nearby hospital.

According to what Pant said, he dozed off while driving and as a result the car collided with the divider and caught fire. He was moved to the Roorkee hospital from where he has now been shifted to Dehradun.”
Director General of Uttarakhand Police, Ashok Kumar, was quoted as saying by NDTV.
The 25-year-old Pant was not selected to represent India in the squads for the T20I and ODI home series against Sri Lanka that began on January 3. Before the February Test series against Australia, he was scheduled to attend strength and conditioning at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru.
