Pat Cummins's late six against Ishant Sharma moves SRH above 150

IPL 2025 match 19 was played between SRH vs GT where GT captain Subhman Gill won the toss and elected to field first. Knowing and unknowingly SRH's strong point of batting is becoming their weak link. Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head who used to give a good start to the team haven't been successful in this season. Abhishek Sharma's form is still questionable and he hasn't performed up to his standards. Travis Head too had good starts but wasn't able to convert them into big scores. 
In today's match too both the batters came with an aggressive mindset but it didn't last long as Siraj removed both of the openers which has become a routine for them. Then Nitish Kumar and Henrich Klassen stepped up to resolve the solution where some of the damage was reduced. It was predicted that the pitch would play slowly due to the black soil condensing, but still, players were in their mode where Nitish was playing sensibly.

Sai Kishore Does The Damage
 When it felt that the partnership between Klassen and Nitish Kumar Reddy was getting stronger, Gill ultimately placed his prime spinner Sai Kishore in the attack where he bowled out dangerously looking Klassen though he got hit for a boundary at the last ball Kishore punched the next ball where the ball hit Klassen's leg stump and Kishore in his next over removed well going Nitish Kumar for 31 leaving the half of the side to the pavilion. 
Next to go under the belt was Kaminu Mendis who scored just one run. Then came Aniket Verma who tried to save the innings like he did in his previous match but he too couldn't stand too long in the crease where Siraj made him LBW though the review was taken but was no use at the end. 
Pat Cummins Comes For The Rescue
 After Aniket dismissal, there came the captain Pat Cummins who just assaulted him with his big bat swing. It was the last over of the SRH innings where impact sub Simarjeet was removed by Siraj taking 4 wickets in his excellent spell. But at the end, Pat Cummins delivered the final touch where he struck three boundaries against Ishant Sharma and hit a gigantic six, with that SRH score reaching above the 150 mark. 

It's Cummins who has been delivering his, all-round performance for the team, against Lucknow too he slaughtered 3 sixes in a row. He has been a great leader over the field but the team is not performing up to their mark.
