The tournament will start with Islamabad United vs. Lahore Qalandars at Rawalpindi on April 11. All six teams—Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, and Multan Sultans—will feature in a double round-robin format, and the top four will feature in playoffs. The group stage will conclude on May 10, followed by playoffs, leading to the grand finale in Lahore on May 18.
