Abhishek Sharma’s sister, Komal Sharma, gave fans a glimpse into her bond with her brother and India’s T20I vice-captain, Shubman Gill, by posting a picture on social media on Sunday, September 21. The image captured the siblings on a video call ahead of India’s Super 4s clash against arch-rivals Pakistan in the 2025 Asia Cup in Dubai.

Komal shared the moment on her Instagram stories, captioning it: “Chats with my Kiddos >> best part of my day.” The picture has been widely appreciated by cricket fans who enjoy seeing the personal side of players off the field.

India enters the Super 4s stage having topped Group A, winning all three of their games against UAE, Pakistan, and Oman. While Abhishek Sharma has provided explosive starts at the top, Shubman Gill has struggled to find form in the tournament so far.
