After a cricket match where India grasped some important wickets, a social media argument started suddenly there was talk by a fan club of Virat Kohli, suggesting he was leading the team still this caught professional player Ravichandran Ashwin's attention, and he replied. Now, everyone is discussing Ashwin's reply, turning it into a big problem when discussing how cricket teams are led.
Virat Kohli, extremely famous for his cricket skills, often finds himself in the middle of discussions, and now it primarily bears on to how he guides his team.
Good leaders emerge when they show resolve for a scrap 💯💯

In the middle of the event, the crowd saw India start to go faster. That's when a group of fans who really love Virat Kohli shared a cheerful message online. They made it sound as though Kohli was still the head of the team, even though he doesn't have the captain's title anymore. Ashwin, famous for being intelligent and informed and funny, decided to take part with his own response on social media. What he said wasn't only for laughs it seemed as if he was getting at something larger, questioning what it really means to lead.
Ashwin sent a message on Twitter basically saying that true leaders step up when things get rough. And he clearly said this tweet wasn't aimed at the people running fan clubs. Immediately, everybody started talking about how this probably was a dig at Kohli and how he runs things, plus how intense his followers are.
Now a days, implied meaning can be taken out of context.

I was referring to Jaiswals wonderful scrap today. Peace out folks🤝 https://t.co/HthA1yiuWM
Ashwin's statement saying, this tweet isn't for people who own fan clubs, shows he thinks there's a difference between being popular as a leader and actually being a good one. He believes that good leadership is more about showing determination, recovering from difficult situations, and getting your team motivated when times get hard. Ashwin meant to point out that there's more to being a leader than just getting likes from fans.
Ashwin's tweet might seem just for laughs but actually, it begins a discussion regarding what being a leader in cricket means. People can't help but wonder if Kohli's large number of fans and his fame somewhat takes away all the attention, making people forget how good of a leader he is. Kohli definitely knows how to lead a team with his bold and fiery manner of being in charge but not everyone thinks he has the ability. Some say he's noticeably focused on the energy but maybe misses out on remaining placid and thinking things through, which you really need in cricket. Despite what the doubters say, Kohli's impact is strikingly large. He's brought home plenty of wins and taught his team how to be brave. Yet, what Ashwin hints at is vitally important. Leading is not only simply about being popular or always being in the spotlight. The concrete culmination of this is showing strong will, entering into challenges head first and setting an example, even when things become tough.
As fans of cricket, we must support the players we look up to and truly dive into discussion regarding what makes a good leader stand out. Because what makes cricket so spectacular isn't simply how many runs someone scores or wickets they take t's also about those incredible stories of grit, friendship, and not giving up that happen during the game.
