RCB vs RR, IPL 2023: RR’s Brilliant Comeback Stops RCB’s Score Board Under Two Hundred

Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore square off in IPL 2023 Match 32. On the points chart, Rajasthan is now in the lead, while RCB is currently in fifth place. Considering this is a day game Bangalore sets a good score of 189 on the board. After losing two important wickets of the skipper Virat Kohli & Shahbaz Ahmed in quick succession Faf & Aussie all-rounder in form Maxwell holds the innings and makes a century partnership among themselves.

Maxwell’s Explosive Innings Helps RCB to Reach A Big Total In IPL 2023

After losing the captain in the very first of the game RCB vs RR, & losing Shabazz on the score of 12 RCB looks like didn’t score that much score today. But Faf Du Plessis & Glenn Maxwell smashed RR bowler some boundaries all over the ground. Faf scores 62 runs in just 39 balls. He hits eight fours and two sixes. When FAF got run out the team total is 139 in just 13.4 overs.

After Faf got run out in form Maxwell again show his batting class. He hits six fours & four sixes in his innings. By hitting that many boundaries & over boundaries he scored 77 runs in just 44 balls. He got caught by Jason Holder in the over of Ravi Ashwin.

These two innings build the base to score big runs in the last 5 overs of the first innings. But the team failed. RR bowlers brilliantly come back in this game. Three run out to happen in the first innings.

Moreover, spin duo Chahal & Ashwin kept the RCB batters under pressure. Also, Sandeep Sharma leaks a run to the opponent but takes two wickets in his spell. Jason Holder & Sandeep Shama leaked more runs but they come back later in the match. Ashwin bowls the best as usual and the always kiwi bowler Trent Boult disturbs the Indian batters. He takes two wickets, one of them is skipper Virat Kohli.

But in conclusion, rather than Faf & Maxwell, any other batter of RCB does not perform in the first innings but considering it is a day match RCB sets a big score on the board. Now it is the time for chasing those runs by RR batters.
