Yash Dayal had emerged as one of the talented players in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He experienced two successful stints with Gujarat Titans and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. When all things were looking on the right track, the shocking arrived—RCB star accused of sexual assaults, FIR filed.
A young woman from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, claimed in the interview that she filed a complaint because Dayal cheated her while also being involved with other women after. The woman further claimed that they had a relationship for more than four years, even though she had a good relationship with his family. Dayal promised him marriage, but later, the woman came to know that the cricketer had multiple relationships. She even presented at the stand with his family during the IPL 2022 final, when Gujarat Titans won the title, the woman said.

She came to know about other relationships when a girl contacted her and showed proof of their bond. She has doubts that Dayal's family was well aware of the incidents and still made fake promises of marriage, the woman said in the interview.
Why she decided to take legal step?
"I could have walked away, but how would I know he was cheating? He never showed it. I left it to God, but when his family started speaking badly about me, I decided to take legal steps," she added.
"Power, money, and fame are being used to cover this up. But I have full faith in the law."
Dayal's IPL career in brief
The left-arm fast-medium bowler has played 43 matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL) with Gujarat Titans and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. He made his IPL debut in 2022 with Gujarat Titans, securing 11 wickets in 9 matches, and contributed to the team's title win in their maiden season. In IPL 2025, he played for RCB, Dayal was retained for the season at a price of INR 5 crores, having taken 13 wickets in 15 matches in the previous season. Overall, he has taken 41 wickets in his IPL career at an average of 33.90 and economy rate of 9.58.
