High drama at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The United Arab Emirates outclassed Bangladesh in a thrilling 20th over. The very last over of the match had possible everything for an adrenaline rush, from an over boundary to a fall of wicket.
UAE showed their character against the traveling team. In a high-scoring match, Bangladesh was the clear favorite in the second match after winning the first of the series. Batting first, Bangladesh scored 205, and they were looking under control even in most parts of the second innings.
Muhammad Waseem, the skipper of UAE, scored 82 and kept his team in the fight. Shoriful Islam departed Waseem in the 15th over, and then UAE was at 148, and Bangladesh was clearly in the driver’s seat. From there, nobody would’ve thought that the Tiger Brigade would stop roaring from this point of the match.

Haider Ali and Dhruv Parashar, number 9 and number 8 batters for UAE, changed the equation of the match completely. Ali played an unbeaten match, winning 15 off 6 innings, supported by Parashar’s 11 off 7.
19.1: Tanzim Hasan Sakib was the bowler for Bangladesh, and he started the over with a wide.
19.2: In the next delivery, Haider Ali tried to hit hard but got only 1 run.
19.3: With a well-connected shot, Dhruv Parashar cleared the rope over the deep mid-wicket region for a massive 6; here the momentum of the match shifted towards UAE from Bangladesh.
19.4: Twist in the tale! Sakib got the wicket of dangerous-looking Parasha. The ball hit the timber straightaway.
19.5: Sakib could not hold his nerve and delivered a no-ball.
19.5: Ali was on strike and pushed a ball for a two. Fielder threw the ball straight to the keeper’s gloves, who took the bails off and shouted for a run-out. The third umpire said, Not out. UAE won the match and leveled the series.
