Reports: Suryakumar Yadav to fly from Japan for selection committee meeting
Suryakumar Yadav, the current T20I captain of India is in Japan holidaying and he it is reported that the batter will return to Bengaluru on August 16.

The Asia Cup 2025 is scheduled to commence in September. This time around, the tournament will be carried in the T20 format and for the same, the euphoria is unprecedented. While there are speculations going around as to who will make it to the squad and who will not? The selection committee will reportedly have a meeting on August 19 and unveil the squad.
Suryakumar Yadav, the current T20I captain of India is in Japan holidaying and he it is reported that the batter will return to Bengaluru on August 16. He will further join the selection committee meeting in Mumbai on August 19. It would be interesting to see with an array of talent, who makes the cut for the coveted Asia Cup squad.
