IPL 2025 Qualifers and playoff fixtuers

As of February 16, 2025, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to conduct the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) finale on May 25, 2025, at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The tenth edition of the tournament starts on March 22, 2025, with ten teams playing 74 matches at 13 different venues. The honour of playing the first match of the season belongs to Eden Gardens as Kolkata Knight Riders face Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

Commenting on the playoff fixtures, Qualifier 1 & Eliminator to be held at Rajiv International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad and Qualifier 2 and the Final at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

The IPL 2025 playoffs are the most critical stage of the tournament where the best teams are competing for the ultimate title. This round consists of four matches of high stakes: Qualifier 1, the Eliminator, Qualifier 2, and the Final. The top four teams in the league stage qualify for the right to compete in these playoffs.
