The heavy rainfall has caused issues for the citizens in Mumbai as the squad selection of the Indian side at the headquarters of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has been delayed. Only the T20I captain, Suryakumar Yadav, has reached the place before the two veteran players of the women’s side, Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur, made their way.

However, the former T20 World Cup-winning captain of the national side, Rohit Sharma, has shared a strong message for the citizens of Mumbai regarding the heavy rainfall. The rain has been persistent, as the roads have been waterlogged, which has delayed various flights and caused traffic jams, making it incredibly hard to ensure a smooth process.
