South Delhi Superstarz won against Purani Dilli 6 by 8 wickets in the 38th match of DPL 2025 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Chasing 134, the Superstarz finished the score in just 6.5 overs, giving their fans plenty to cheer in the 7-over game.
 
Purani Dilli 6 had a poor start, as both openers, including captain Vansh Bedi 4 runs and Samarth Seth 0 runs, were dismissed early. But Dev Lakra turned the game around with a fiery 85 runs from just 23 balls, while Yug Gupta added a quick 38 from 14. Their partnership took the team to 133/3 in 7 overs. In the second innings, SDS captain Tejasvi Dahiya smashed 69 runs of 21 balls, smashing 9 sixes. After he got out, Anmol Sharma played a cracking knock of 56 runs from 17 balls. With his all-around shots, the Superstarz sealed the chase with one ball left and a stylish win.
