India's one of finest left-hand batsman Shikar Dhawan is known for his elegant stroke play and cover drives though he has retired from international cricket and IPL cricket still connected with the game, this time he is once again in the media spotlight chat with journalist, Navika Kumar. In a recent interview, the journalist asked about the former cricketer's life lifestyle cricket, and so on where Shikar Dhawan spontaneously answered all the questions about all the suffering and so on, the healing process and so on. 
 Then she turned on Googly asking about moving onto his new love life where the left-hander had casually ended up admitting that he is in a relationship with Sophie Shine which has become the talk of the town.

Shikar Dhawan Finds His Happiness Back
  The former Indian batter has gone through a lot in the phase of his life where he was present at the Times Now summit where he had a chat with a journalist, He talked about his past life and the sorrows he is been carrying, Shikhar Dhawan previously married Ayesha Mukherji where the couple tied the knot in the year 2012. But the marriage didn't last long and the couple got divorced in 2023.The divorce was granted by the high court stating mental cruelty on stage. 

He stated the time phase was really hard for him and his wife blocked him in all aspects and he was unable to contact his son Zoravir. He said he was mentally traumatised but couldn't do much and cried a lot. But now he has come out of it. I wouldn’t say I was unlucky in love—rather, my choices came from inexperience. But now, I have experience, and that will come in handy. It was a learning curve for me. There were good moments, there were bad moments, and I am grateful for all of them,'' he said.

The Rumour Speculations
 During the Champions Trophy match Shikar Dhawan was spotted with a rumour girl who was later identified as Shopie Shine from Ireland. Several pictures and videos of them were circulated on social media where social media users were curious about Shikar Dhawan's new love life.

In the recent chat, he was asked about his love life and he said that the question was going to come at me as a bouncer but I will duck it for sure. But after a few repetitions, he accepted that he was in a relationship, when he was asked the name he said "Samajdaar Ko Ishaara Hi Kaafi Hai". He then goes on to say that his girlfriend is the 'most beautiful girl in the room' and Cameraman focuses towards Sophie who seemed to be quite smiley and nervous at that moment.
