Smeed makes history with 1st 100 in The Hundred!

The 20-year-old accomplished the feat during the match against Southern Brave on Wednesday at Edgbaston. Smeed whipped the Brave bowlers to every corner of the ground and raised the maiden ton of The Hundred competition in only 49 deliveries. His shot helped Birmingham Phoenix to post a total of 176 and afterward on, Southern Brave were bowled out for 123.

After making history at the Edgbaston ground, Smeed expressed his opinion with respect to his knock and called it an ‘great performance’.
