In the 15th match of The Hundred 2025, Trent Rockets faced Southern Brave at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. Trent Rockets captain David Willey won the toss and chose to bowl first, thinking the pitch would be better for batting later.

The Rockets missed Akeal Hosein, who left for the CPL 2025. Sam Cook and Tom Alsop were left out, and Tom Moores with Calvin Harrison came in. For Southern Brave, Jordan Thompson and Danny Briggs joined the team.

The start was slow for the Braves. Captain James Vince scored only 7 runs. Leus du Plooy batted well, making 55 runs from 34 balls with four fours and four sixes. Jason Roy made 23, James Coles stayed unbeaten on 25, and Michael Bracewell hit a quick 28 from 16 balls. They ended with 140/4 in 100 balls.

Tom Banton scored 49 runs from 38 balls, but the Rockets lost quick wickets and were 60/4. Then Tom Moores played a match-winning knock of 55 runs from 30 balls, hitting four fours and five sixes. Marcus Stoinis finished the job with a six and a single, giving the Rockets a 4-wicket win with four balls left.
