Suryakumar claims that the positive intent shown by the Indian played a significant role in the former's unbeaten 34-run knock

In the final over of India’s six-wicket victory against the West Indies at Kolkata, Suryakumar Yadav played an unbeaten 34 off just 18 deliveries. Within four deliveries of one another, India lost both Ishan Kishan and Virat Kohli. Suryakumar came to the crease. Nevertheless, the right-handed batter kept his calm and put on a 48-run stand with Venkatesh Iyer (24*) to win the first T20I for India.

Suryakumar explained during his own innings, he had been in such a situation many times before, and it was important that he finish the game. Staying until the end and winning for my team was very important to me. It has happened to me many times. I used to leave early and felt bad afterward. In my opinion, the situation required no further action, other than raising my hand and bailing the side out. ”The entire world is watching Rohit Sharma. For many years, he has played for India, and he continues to bat in the same way he always has. He tries to score as many runs as possible in the first six overs when he bats in the powerplay if his timing is right,” stated Yadav during a recent press conference.

”Bishnoi had the chance to play against one of the best teams in T20I cricket. His bowling and batting were really good. Spinners had a hard time gripping the ball because of the dew. Everything he did was flawless. The best ball of his career came out when he was under pressure. Ravi Bishnoi made an excellent debut,” he concluded.
