Watch: Tanzim Hasan Tamim’s stunning catch dismisses Salman Agha in BAN vs PAK 1st ODI
At the short leg region against the right-handed batter of the Pakistan side, Salman Ali Agha, Tanzim Hasan Sakib has grabbed a terrific catch to send the batter during the first ODI for Bangladesh.

After not being part of the T20 World Cup 2026 campaign, Bangladesh have returned to the cricket field with the three-match home ODI series against Pakistan that began on March 11 at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. At the start of the event, the Bangladesh player, Tanzim Hasan Tamim, dropped a simple catch to dismiss the left-handed batter.
Meanwhile, Tanzid Hasan Tamim recovered himself to put up a fine catch to send back Salman Ali Agha, the T20I captain of the Pakistan side, for five runs against Nahid Rana’s bowling. It was the fifth over of the spell for the right-arm pacer, who had already celebrated four wickets in as many overs before that occasion.

Rana went with the short of a length delivery on the body of the right-handed batter as Agha flicked nicely, but it was a sharp chance to that man as it hit the hands of the fielder hard. It hit him on the helmet and again went through a juggle before being handed on. Tanzid did well to keep his eyes on the ball as the batter walked back while checking if that was a fair catch.
