England produced their unique Bazball approach when pressure mounted on the back. Jamie Smith (184 not out) and Harry Brook (158)'s 300-plus-run partnership showcased how England can be dangerous during tough scenarios. With the attacking mindset, the team led by Ben Stokes, over the years, broke multiple records in the Whites while chasing targets in the second innings.

Under Brandon McCullum's coaching, the Three Lions batting approach has changed a lot; they refuse to give up no matter what the condition is. Like every coin with two contradictory sides, the Bazball also has its positive and negative.

Former England skipper Naseer Hussain pointed out a drawback of the tactics. According to Hussain, the fast-paced batting approach by England batters can put pressure on their bowlers. The former cricketer, now a cricket expert, paid concerns about the workload management of the bowlers of England while talking to Sky Sports.

The pace cresting the contrast

"One of the consequences of Bazball is that they score their runs so quickly, their bowlers do not get much of a rest. The bowlers are playing in back-to-back tests on flat pitches with a captain that's always bowling first on the flattest of pitches, so they are coming in, and they look tired. Last night the batters' brains looked frazzled, and today the bowlers' bodies looked physically tired," he said after the end of Day 3 of the ongoing 2nd Test of the five-match series.

Naseer is hopeful about the future of both teams. England's Harry Brook and Jamie Smith showed what they are capable of. On the other side, India skipper Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant and Yashasvi Jaiswal have displayed their talents so far in the series.
