The Hundred 2025, Match 11: Southern Brave vs Northern Superchargers full match highlights and scorecard

In the eleventh clash of The Hundred 2025, Southern Brave met Northern Superchargers during the former’s home ground, the Ageas Bowl in Southampton. The tourists won the toss and decided to bowl first on a slow and low surface. 

The home side went unchanged as Jofra Archer played his second successive game of the tournament in three days. On the other hand, Superchargers brought back their two Kiwi players, Mitchell Santner and Jacob Duffy, both of whom were unavailable due to the Test series between Zimbabwe and New Zealand.

Southern Brave limp their way to 139/5

It was a very poor start at the top order for the home side, who saw their two openers lose duck and six runs. Leus du Plooy smashed a two-ball duck while captain James Vince managed six runs in six balls. Jason Roy couldn’t do much before James Coles and Lauri Evans put up an 87-run stand for the fourth wicket.

Coles missed out on his half-century, even though Evans celebrated 53 runs in just 34 balls at a strike rate of 155.88 with the help of six boundaries and two sixes. Michael Bracwell collected 15 runs in 11 balls as they lost 139/5 in their allotted 20 overs. Jacob Duffy and Mitchell Santer shared five wickets between them.

Northern Superchargers chase down target by three wickets 

Northern Superchargers kept losing wickets regularly throughout the innings as they didn’t get any batter to stay at the crease for a longer period. The captain smashed 24 runs in 16 balls while Graham Clark remained unbeaten on 38 runs in 24 balls at a strike rate of around 160.

Santner smashed 24 runs in 16 balls. On the last ball, they needed four runs as Clark drilled a six over long-on to win the battle by three wickets.
