London Spirit Women defeated Birmingham Phoenix Women by 88 runs following one of the more one-sided and lopsided matches at Edgbaston. The Spirit, who batted first after Birmingham won the toss, relatively easily made their way to a target of 164/6 from 100 balls, led by the entertaining 69 off 35 balls by Kira Chathli and some explosive hitting from Grace Harris (34 off 15). Emily Arlott (3/25) bowled excellently but sadly received little help and support from her teammates. After Canberra's total, the Phoenix was in for a shock, as having to face a disciplined London Spirit attack saw them collapse to 76 all out from only 79 balls. Charlie Dean (2/4) and Eva Gray (2/13) excelled for the Spirit and ensured the bonus point win.
