After limiting the Rockets to a below-par score, the Superchargers made easy work of chasing down the target, thanks to a superb innings from young star Davina Perrin.

The Rockets got off to a rocky start, losing Bryony Smith (1 from 4) to a brilliant run-out from Georgia Wareham in the very first set. The Rockets continued to lose wickets with Grace Scrivens (5) and Natasha Wraith (5) departing cheaply. Nat Sciver-Brunt (15 from 15) tried to stabilize the innings, but after her dismissal with the score at 47/4, the Rockets were firmly on the back foot.

Captain Ashleigh Gardner (13 from 6) struck late to get some runs quickly but could not help the team to a significantly higher total. Heather Graham (15), Emma Jones (12), and Alana King (10) chipped in with small contributions, as the innings closed at 128/8.

An incredible innings from Davina Perrin of 72* in 40 balls (SR: 180) with 12 boundaries and superb support from Phoebe Litchfield (22 from 10) and Annabel Sutherland (18* from 11) underpinned the chase by the Northern Superchargers.

There were only two wickets included in the chase, Alice Davidson-Richards (11) and Phoebe Litchfield, before the Superchargers wrapped the game up with the 79th ball.
