Only Shivam Dube managed to bowl with some control in his spell. Tim David then took full advantage of this and played a stunning unbeaten knock, finishing with 70 runs and powering RCB to a huge total of 250/3.

Tim David completely took over the game in the 19th over bowled by Jamie Overton, turning it into absolute carnage at the Chinnaswamy Stadium as RCB reached a massive total of 250/3. On the first ball, David hit a full delivery on the leg side for a big six. On the second ball, he tried a big shot and got an inside edge for two runs.

On the third ball, Overton bowled short, and David hit it for a boundary with a top edge. The fourth ball was perfect for hitting, and David smashed it for a big six to complete his fifty in just 21 balls. The crowd erupted as he celebrated his half-century in style.

Overton continued to struggle as the fifth ball was again pitched full outside off, and David launched it straight down the ground for another huge six, an 89-meter hit. On the final ball of the over, Overton bowled a short delivery outside off, but David was in complete control. He pulled it powerfully, sending the ball flying over the square leg boundary and out of the stadium. This over went for 30 runs, and Overton had no answer to David’s batting.
