TNPL 2025: Former RCB-star ready to chase another T20 trophy

After a grand opening, the latest edition of the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL 2025) is preparing for the 2nd match, which is between Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans and Chepauk Super Gillies. Both the teams have multiple renowned players who can single-handedly change the color of a match.

After a grand opening, the latest edition of the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL 2025) is preparing for the 2nd match, which is between Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans and Chepauk Super Gillies. Both the teams have multiple renowned players who can single-handedly change the color of a match. Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans and Chepauk Super Gillies; both teams performed well in the previous edition of the tournament. This season too, they formed their respective squads to remain relevant in the title race.

Former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star Swapnil Singh will play for Chepauk; fans will have a higher amount of expectation from the spinner as he gained a handsome amount of experience with multiple IPL franchises. Singh was with RCB in the 2024 season and took 6 wickets playing 7 matches. Before taking part in the Indian Premier League with the Bengaluru-based side, he played for Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab Kings. In Chepauk Super Gillies, he is accompanied by Vijay Shankar, Baba Aparajith, and N. Jagadeesan.
