Hardik Pandya's captaincy was overly passive, and failing to use Bumrah in the early overs of the powerplay was particularly egregious given the fact that MI lost Chahar's services; this is the immediate tactical mistake MI made to re-enter the game after the loss of Chahar's bowling in the 4th over.
