Sri Lanka faced off against Pakistan during Match 3 of the Super 4 stage of the Asia Cup 2025 in Abu Dhabi. Batting first, Sri Lanka had a rough start as Pakistan's bowlers got to them early on. Pakistan lost some wickets while chasing but Hussain Talat (32) and Mohammad Nawaz (38*) built a 58-run stand. Their calm batting took the game away from Sri Lanka and sealed the win with 5 wickets in hand.
