Former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh and star India batter Virat Kohli shared a special evening on July 8 (Tuesday) at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, in London during an event organized by Singh. The aim of the event was to raise funds for cancer care for women and children across India through the foundation of the YouWeCan Foundation, an initiative by Yuvraj Singh.

The star-studded YWC Gala saw cricketers of the current Team India setup, former cricketers, and celebrities from other fields as well. During the event, Virat hugged Yuvraj with a broad smile and marked the evening as more special. Virat Kohli has been in London for a while, spending free time with his wife, Anushka Sharma. Previously, the couple was spotted at Wimbledon 2025 during a match of Novak Djokovic.

Virat recalled how the former cricketers Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, and Zaheer Khan helped him a lot to grow as a cricketer while he attended the program in London. Kohli opened up about his strong bond with the former all-rounder as well.

Virat paid respect to Harbhajan, Zaheer

"We shared a very good bond both on and off the field. I met him for the first time during a North Zone tournament in Bangalore. When I started playing for India, they, Bhajju Pa (Harbhajan Singh), and Zaheer Khan took me under their wings. Really helped me grow as a player, made me comfortable in the dressing room. Lots of fun times off the field and made me aware of the lifestyle of getting to the top. These are the bonds I would cherish for the rest of my life," Virat Kohli said.

Along with Kohli, legends like Sachin Tendulkar with his wife Anjali, Kevin Pietersen, Brian Lara, Chris Gayle, and Ravi Shastri also attended the event.
