The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) take on the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 in Hyderabad. After winning the toss, the visitors decided to bowl first. Their decision instantly turned into a nightmare, the way Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head started the innings. SRH's attacking batting proved why Ishan Kishan was interested in batting first.
Abhishek slammed a half-century in 15 deliveries, while Head played equally well. However, SRH lost wickets and ended up scoring 194 runs in the first innings. CSK lost Sanju Samson early, but Ayush Mhatre took the game to the next level. The young batter slammed a brilliant six after coming to bat, stunning the crowd.

Ayush Mhatre's one-legged six vs SRH goes viral
CSK's No. 3 batter, Ayush Mhatre, has been an asset to the team since the time he made his debut. He has been consistent, scored runs whenever required, and he did it again in today's match. Before getting out, he slammed 30 off 13 balls, including five boundaries and one six. The six which he hit off Praful Hinge went viral because of the one-legged pull shot that he attempted.
In the first ball of the third over, Ayush went on to hit the ball towards the deep mid-wicket as he picked up the length early. It was a clean shot and stunned the fans and players alike. The young batter then slammed four more boundaries in the same over, helping CSK get a solid start to the game. CSK have not won a single game in Hyderabad since eight years. Hence, this game is quite crucial for them.
