Watch: Dewald Brevis with his GF in Vizag ahead of IND vs SA 3rd ODI

Focus has started to shift towards Visakhapatnam as India and South Africa are gearing up for this 3rd ODI clash in the contest. The 3-match ODI series is currently nicely leveled at 1-1; the winner of the 3rd match will take the series with a 2-1 scoreline. 

So, the third match, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow, will determine the winner of the ODI series. Both teams landed in Vizag. Meanwhile, Dewald Brevis, a young South African middle-order batter, was spotted with his girlfriend in the airport. As per the report, Brevis is the only person among his teammates who has been traveling with his girlfriend.

Cricket fans who are frequent on Instagram may be aware of the cricketer's girlfriend. Dewald Brevis’s girlfriend is Linda Maree. They have been dating for multiple years. Maree has been in a relationship with Brevis since their teenage days. They often share photos on social media platforms to keep their followers updated. They are now in an open relationship.

Linda and Dewald were good friends, and then, out of love, they came close to each other. She has been present through his U-19 World Cup journey, his IPL appearances, and major milestones in his early cricket career. One of her well-known public moments came during IPL 2023, when she posted a heartfelt Instagram story celebrating one of Brevis’ match-winning knocks. She is now currently in India to support her boyfriend.

Dewald Brevis has been in good form in the ongoing ODI series. The 22-year-old explosive added significant runs in the last couple of matches against India. In the 2nd ODI, which was in Raipur, and South Africa was chasing 359 runs in the second innings, Brevis scored 54 and helped his team to win the match.
