The new beloved duo, Hardik Pandya and Mahieka Sharma, continued to make headlines with their love story as their time has been filled with romance for the lady love of the Indian all-rounder, as he continues to do well in the T20 World Cup 2026 with the blue brigade, looking to defend their title from the 2024 edition, has qualified to the Super 8 stage of the competition. 

Mahieka turned 25 on February 19 as the couple marked the occasion with an intimate birthday gathering at their team hotel in Ahmedabad, which has won hearts on the internet. The viral video shows both Hardik Pandya and Mahieka cutting the cake and smiling. In the viral clip, she fed the first piece of the cake to HP as he stood right beside her, cheering her on and soaking up the special moment.

“Happy birthday, my princess. Thank you for coming into this world 25 years ago. You are the most amazing person I know. I love you.” Hardik wrote on his Instagram post. The venue of the birthday celebration was decorated with red heart-shaped balloons and roses, adding a romantic flair.

Hardik has overall smashed 2158 runs in 104 innings of the shortest format at an average of 28.02 and a strike rate of 144.92, thanks to eight half-centuries at the best score of unbeaten 71 runs. He has also picked up 110 wickets in 120 innings at an average of 26.48 and an economy rate of just over eight.

Hardik has done decently in the T20 World Cup 2026 with a fine knock of 52 runs at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi against Namibia, besides providing a fine spell of bowling of 2/16 against Pakistan at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

The Baroda all-rounder has notched up 6008 runs in 279 innings of the T20 at an average of around 30 and a strike rate of 144.04 and bagged 222 wickets at an average of 28.06 and an economy rate of 8.41.
