The camera and media were on England’s white-ball captain, Harry Brook, heading into the T20 World Cup 2026. The spotlight was on him to put up a good show during their opening encounter against Nepal at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai as he revealed his desire to carry the team in a good spirit both on and off the field, especially after the incident with the bouncer in Wellington.
Harry Brook, batting at number five, in the seventh over of the innings with the wicket of Tom Banton, arrived in the middle and smashed his second delivery into the sweeper cover for a fine boundary.
