The right-handed batter of Canada, Harsh Thaker, used the pace of the pacer, Muhammad Arfan, over the deep square leg for a massive no-look six during the T20 World Cup 2026 clash against United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He bent his back leg and used the pace of the bowler by whipping the ball with the angle over the deep backward square leg region for a massive six. It was a no-look six as he didn’t see the connection to the ball.

On the third ball of the 16th over, the right-handed batter went back in the back foot and hammered the short ball from Harshit Kaushik over the long-on region for a huge six. With a single against the length delivery into the mid-wicket region, Thaker celebrated his fifty. He became the fifth player to get 50 for Canada in the T20 World Cups.

However, the United Arab Emirates restricted Canada to 150 runs in their allotted 20 overs for the loss of seven wickets. Thaker finished with 50 runs in 41 balls with the help of two boundaries and three sixes at a strike rate of 121.95.
Junaid Siddique celebrated a fine figure of 5/35 in his four overs, while Muhammad Jawadullah bagged 1/16 in his four overs. Haider Ali was decent for an economy rate of 7.50.
