[WATCH] IPL 2025: Jasprit Bumrah castles Heinrich Klaasen with brilliant delivery in MI vs SRH clash

Bumrah's Perfect Delivery Sends Klaasen Packing in IPL 2025

In the highly-awaited IPL 2025 match between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Jasprit Bumrah again asserted why he is considered one of international cricket's most lethal bowlers. At a match-changing juncture, Bumrah delivered almost a perfect delivery to send Heinrich Klaasen, the explosive hitter, packing, virtually dismembering SRH's middle order into two parts.

Klaasen, a man of trade in explosive batting and game-winning skill, had begun to look composed at the crease. His current form made him a menacing threat during the death overs. Bumrah had something else planned. Picked in the attack midway through a phase of the match, he sent down a back-of-a-length delivery that compressed Klaasen for space. Klaasen, trying to hit over the midwicket boundary, struck the shot incorrectly and the ball went into the hand of the fielder, thus leading the SRH batsman to the pavilion with a score of 37 runs off 28 balls.

Jasprit Bumrah Shatters SRH's Hopes as He Dismisses Klaasen in High-Pressure Clash

With the ball flying into the hands of the fielder, the Wankhede stadium exploded in ecstasy. Bumrah's tactical application had turned the script one more time in the favor of MI. The Klaasen out at a moment when SRH were all set to charge ahead left the batting side off their rhythm and landed them in trouble.

This crucial wicket was not only a reflection of Bumrah's talent but also of his composure in crisis. His capacity to perform in these highly pressure-cooker situations is MI's biggest strength this season. By achieving this, Bumrah proved once again to be MI's man of the moment in the situations that were most critical, and reminded all once again why he is still one of the best in business when it comes to delivering it in the moments that were most critical.
