For any associate nation, the biggest challenge becomes to face the rocket pace, and the exact picture took place during the T20 World Cup 2026 clash between South Africa and Canada at the Narendra Modi Stadium, where the Canadian batters couldn’t put an answer to the rocket pace of Kagiso Rabada, who enjoyed the evening with the ball.

On the fourth ball of the sixth over, Kagiso Rabada broke the stumps against Shreyas Movva for the opponent batter’s nine runs in 11 balls with the help of a rapid and accurate ball on the stumps. It was a full-length delivery on the off stump as it shaped away late and came with the angle towards the right-handed batter, who had no clue.

Movva was not in the line of the delivery and stayed on the leg-side of the ball as he flicked, but it just took the leading edge and knocked out the off-stump as Rabada gave the first pump to celebrate. Movva tried the shadow practice of the flick shot that he tried to execute, but that was too late.

In reply, Canada kept fighting in the chase as their number three batter, Navneet Dhaliwal, celebrated a fine fifty to be the shining star of the side and would be vital heading deep into the tournament.

Brief Scores: SA 213/4 (Aiden Markram 59, David Miller 39*, Ans Patel 3/31) vs Canada 146/7 (Navneet Dhaliwal 62*, Lungi Ngidi 4/31).
