The game of cricket is not just about contributions with the bat and ball in terms of runs and wickets, but also about the spectacles of various types of celebrations. For the batters, it’s about cheeky bat drops or showing the ‘bat the talk’ after recording their centuries. For the bowlers, it’s about different mannerisms of dance in front of the fans.

A video has gone viral where a group of kids was seen enjoying the game of cricket. They used a car tyre as the stumps with a left-handed batter facing the bowler. The kid, who seemed to be a pacer, bowled a length ball to which the batter used his feet and nailed a big shot in that ground. This was when the bowler celebrated fabuously

But he missed the ball, and it hit the edge of the tyre to dismiss the batter, which raised the celebration of the fast bowler. He made a funny celebration of dodging on his head as the video has gone viral on social media platforms.

Some of the iconic celebrations have always excited the fans in the history of the game. One of them is the left-arm leg-spinner of the South Africa side, Tabraiz Shamsi, who is famous for his shoe-call celebration when he takes off his shoes after picking up a wicket and pretends to take a phone call with it. Reportedly, it’s a nod to Imaran Tahir, who raises his arms and runs around the ground.

In the past, the former Australian pacer, Brett Lee, used to celebrate in a chainsaw manner. He would mimic revving up a chainsaw, sending the crowd into a frenzy. The West Indies pacer, Kestrick Williams, used to write the names of his wickets in his imaginary notebook, something which the current LSG spinner, Digvesh Rathi, has been doing.

The West Indies all-rounder, Kevin Sinclair, has done somersaults after picking up wickets. He famously displayed the celebration during his Test debut against Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane and later against the West Indies last year in the United Arab Emirates.
