[WATCH] Kuldeep Yadav continues India's dominance with Hasan Nawaz's wicket during IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2025 contest
Watch the video where India's wrist spinner, Kuldeep Yadav, has continued the dominance of the Blue Brigade with the wicket of Hasan Nawaz against Pakistan during the Asia Cup 2025 in Dubai.

In India’s second clash of the Men’s Asia Cup 2025 against India at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, the Suryakumar Yadav-led side showed their dominance with the ball, having been put into bowl first as the opposition captain, Salman Ali Agha, won the toss and opted to bowl first, expecting the surface to get slow in the second innings.
Apart from Sahibzada Farhan and Fakhar Zaman, no batter from the Pakistan side crossed their respective double-digit mark in the 15 overs of the first innings. The former was unbeaten on 35+ scores at a strike rate of under 100. From the first legal delivery, when they lost Saim Ayub, the trend continues till the end.
On the third delivery of the 13th over, Hasan Nawaz couldn’t read the googly and drove it back to the left-arm spinner, Kuldeep Yadav, who dived forward in the air but couldn’t keep the ball in his hands. It was counted as a dropped chance, but the left-arm wrist spinner was able to collect the wicket.

On the very next delivery, Kuldeep went for another tossed-up delivery on the stumps. Nawaz looked to slog sweep the delivery and only managed to get a thick top-edge as the ball ballooned straight up in the air. It was a big, mistimed shot from the batter before Axar Patel settled himself to grab a comfortable catch.
Hasan was replaced by Mohammed Nawaz, who also had no understanding of the ball. Kuldeep went for a googly as the left-handed batter was stuck on the back foot. He was trapped on the crease as the umpire raised his finger to rule the batter out for a first-ball duck.
In his next and last over of the innings, the UP-born bowler sent back Farhan for 40 runs. After his successful outing against the UAE with 4/7 at the same venue, he finished his spell with 3/18 in four overs against Pakistan in this contest as they found themselves 90/7 in 17 overs.
