Hasin Jahan, the ex-wife of Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami, recently made headlines after the Calcutta High Court ordered Shami to pay monthly alimony to her. Now, she was also seen on camera raising her hand at a neighbour during a heated argument. As per the court order, Shami must pay Rs 4 lakh per month — Rs 1.5 lakh to Hasin Jahan and Rs 2.5 lakh to their daughter.

Hasin Jahan Caught in Viral Video After Fight with Neighbour

Hasin Jahan, the ex-wife of Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami, is back in the headlines — this time for a completely different reason. A video has gone viral on social media showing her in a physical fight with another woman.

In the video, Hasin Jahan is seen pushing and shoving the other lady. The full incident was caught on camera, but the reason behind the fight is still unknown.

Court Orders Monthly Alimony After Past Disputes

This video came just days after the Calcutta High Court ordered Shami to pay Rs 4 lakh every month — Rs 1.5 lakh for Hasin Jahan and Rs 2.5 lakh for their daughter. This decision came after Hasin challenged a 2023 lower court ruling, which had ordered Shami to pay only Rs 50,000 per month.

After the court’s new order, Hasin said, "I used to model and act before marriage. But Shami forced me to stop working. He wanted me to live as a housewife. I loved him and agreed. But now I have no income. That’s why I had to go to court when he refused to support us."

Hasin and Shami got married in 2014. Before that, she worked as a model and was also a cheerleader for the Kolkata Knight Riders. In 2018, their relationship broke down after Hasin filed an FIR against Shami and his family, accusing them of domestic violence, dowry harassment, adultery, and even match-fixing.

Due to these serious charges, BCCI had stopped Shami’s contract, but he was cleared after the BCCI anti-corruption unit found no wrongdoing.

Shami was last seen playing in the IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad in May. He did not perform well and took only 6 wickets in 9 matches.
