Ahead of the tournament, the franchise hosted a day for the fans where they were welcomed to the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai to watch the practice sessions, OG CSK players, and the live concert by Oscar-winning music director AR Rahman. 

This event is known as CSK Roar’26. Dhoni, who has been with the team since its inception, was spotted bonding with the players, including former players like Suresh Raina, Dwayne Bravo, Mike Hussey, Matthew Hayden, and others. The players were present in the stadium, playing with each other. This was a nostalgic moment for all the fans who were present there and the ones who were watching everything on social media.

MS Dhoni reunites with former CSK stars in viral video

The event was held on March 22 at the Chepauk Stadium, Chennai, where the former CSK captain was spotted having fun with the former players. The world is aware of the bond between Dhoni and Suresh Raina, and it was pretty much evident in the videos as well that went viral on social media. 

The keeper-batter was keeping wickets and passed a few comments while the opponent team members were batting. He was seen laughing at Bravo and others who were dismissed early. While batting, Hayden slammed a huge six against Shivam Dube and the player was spotted laughing.
