The legendary former Indian captain and wicket-keeper batter, MS Dhoni, has made a heartwarming gesture by signing his autograph on the fan’s bike outside a ground, as the famous video has gone viral on various social media platforms. He first signed on the fan’s bike before giving him an autograph on his hand, as he also asked him how the fan wanted the autograph. 

“No, you tell them I will set it that way.” The former World Cup-winning captain of the Indian side addressed the video. The fan showed Dhoni in which direction he would want the autograph, after which the 44-year-old gave him the same on his hand.

MS was also seen in a jacket and tracks with his helmet on. Since the end of the 2025 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the wicket-keeper veteran batter can often be spotted in his hometown, Ranchi, as he enjoys his time off. Dhoni later signed his autograph on the fan’s bike.

Dhoni has overall smashed 5439 runs in 242 innings of the Indian Premier League (IPL). He has nailed these runs at an average of 38.30 and a strike rate of 137.45, scoring 24 half-centuries at the best score of unbeaten 84 runs. In the previous season, the right-handed batter has smacked 196 runs in 13 innings at a strike rate of 135.17, with the best score of an unbeaten 30 runs.

The reports claimed that CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan has confirmed Dhoni’s availability and ended all the speculations. ‘MS has told us that he will be available for the next season,”- he was quoted as saying. The Ranchi-born was retained for a price of INR 4 crore under the ‘uncapped player’ category ahead of the 2025 season.

Ruturaj Gaikwad has notched up 2502 runs in 70 innings of the IPL at an average of 40.38 and a strike rate of 137.47 with the help of two centuries and 20 half-centuries at the best score of unbeaten 108 runs. He would be back in the five-time champions after missing the previous edition due to injury.
