RCB Maintains Winning Streak in WPL 2026

Bengaluru continued their brilliant form in the first match of the season at the BCA Stadium, Kotambi, Vadodara, after the tournament moved from Navi Mumbai. RCB won their fifth match in five games this season, remaining the only unbeaten team so far.

With this win, RCB have secured a spot in the playoffs with 10 points from five matches. They also set a new WPL record by becoming the first team to win six matches in a row. Previously, they had a five-match winning streak in 2024-25. The only other team with five consecutive wins were the Mumbai Indians, who did this twice in 2023 and 2023-24. RCBW were tied with them but are now above them.
