WATCH: Team India reaches Nottingham for 1st T20I vs England

Like Team India's men's setup, the women's brigade also is in England to play a multi-format series against the host nation. The England Women's versus India Women's series will start on July 28 (Saturday) with a T20 International. For that, Team India has already reached their destination, which is Nottingham.

The first match of the tour is set to be held in Trent Bridge. Prior to the series opening clash, the Women in Blues are sharing a positive bond with each other. ' Team India, from their official social media account, recently shared a video depicting the bus ride of the squad. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led team India was in a luxurious bus, traveling to Nottingham, the destination where the team will play the first match.

The post has the caption, "Beckenham ๐ŸšŒ Nottingham...#TeamIndia have arrived for the T20I series opener against England women ๐Ÿ™Œ." Before setting off to Nottingham, the players prepared themselves well with various activities. Keeping the T20I and then the ODI assignments in mind, the team had a fun training session through an intra-squad six-hitting competition.
