Watch: Virat Kohli takes on hilarious self-trivia challenge during IPL 2026
Virat Kohli shows his fun side in a viral IPL 2026 clip, taking on a hilarious self-trivia challenge that leaves fans entertained.

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) started their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 campaign with a win over the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on March 28 in Bengaluru. The players were in full form, but the knock by Devdutt Padikkal and Virat Kohli was outstanding. They ensured that the team wins the match and gets a dream start to the tournament.
Both Kohli and Padikkal slammed half-centuries, but it was debutant Jacob Duffy who won the Player of the Match award for his spell of three wickets in four overs. He only conceded 22 runs in the match and was outstanding with the ball. Ahead of RCB's second encounter in the tournament, the franchise has dropped a video where Kohli takes a trivia challenge about himself.
Virat Kohli takes trivia challenge regarding his career
RCB's one of the best players, Virat Kohli, took a hilarious trivia challenge involving his career, and the video went viral on social media. Out of five questions asked about his career, Kohli went on to give four correct answers, winning hearts. However, the happiness on his face while answering about AB de Villiers was worth noting.
The first question was asked about the bowler he hit his first IPL six to, to which he replied confidently, taking Sanath Jayasuriya's name. He also clarified that he still remembers the six really well. The next question was a tricky one, but Kohli tackled it well. The host asked him about the player at the non-striker end when he slammed his first-ever century. He put in a thought and answered, KL Rahul, which was indeed correct.
The third question was about how many runs he scored in the IPL 2011, to which Kohli failed to answer since he couldn't remember the correct number. He said 505 runs, while the right answer was 557. The next question was again related to the runs he scored in the 2013 season, to which Kohli said 638 runs, but it was 634. Moreover, Kohli was also the full-time captain of RCB, and it was his first season.
The last question was quite easy for the player as he answered without listening to the entire question. The question was: who reached the century first in a record partnership of 229 runs against the Gujarat Lions (GL) to which the former skipper replied AB de Villiers.
