IPL 2026 mini-auction: Delhi Capitals won bidding war for Auqib Nabi
Delhi Capitals started the bidding for the 29-year-old right-arm medium pacer and right-handed batter, Auqib Nabi. Although Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and SunRisers Hyderabad fought in that bidding war, Delhi Capitals ultimately won that battle and secured the all-rounder Auqib Nabi.
Auqib Nabi made his domestic cricket debut in September 2018 during the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He is now a popular Jammu & Kashmir cricketer, who is ready to experience his maiden IPL season, as the Delhi Capitals have secured him for the IPL 2026 season.
