On January 16, Punjab and Saurashtra was toe to toe to win the semi-final at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bengaluru. Punjab went to bat first to register 291 runs in their 50-over limit. Anmolpreet Singh's 100 off 105 and captain Prabhsimran Singh's 87 off 89 were the key points of the first innings.
