Discover why Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) faces challenges in clinching the IPL title. Yuzvendra Chahal provides a captivating insight.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) – a team that raised passionate support from fans across the globe. Yet, despite their star-jammed lineup and immense talent diversity, they have continuously fallen short in their pursuit of an Indian Premier League (IPL) title. Yuzvendra Chahal, one of the RCB’s key players, recently played in RCB for 8 years.
In a conference, a player who spent 8 seasons with RCB was asked, ‘ Why RCB doesn’t win the IPL title?’ Chahal then replied with an honest answer. He said in answer “I’ve been trying to find the answer to that question for 8 years,”. In 2016 this franchise came closer to winning the IPL trophy but they failed to win it against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
More Chahal shared that “In 2016, we had the best chance as we had Chris Gayle and KL Rahul. We lost the final. We won 6 of the 7 games at last. I got my first purple cap in the Qualifier match against Delhi, just for two days. The equation was that if we lost, we’ll be out of the top 4 and if we won, we’ll finish second.”
“We won the match and went on to the final. We were playing at Chinnaswamy but lost the match by 8-10 runs. That hurt,” also added by him. He expressed his feeling by saying that if the team plays good cricket after they are out of the tournament, then it doesn’t hurt as much. But they are looking to give their best each and every season.
The mystery leg-spinner also revealed that “Once, we lost 6 matches on the trot when we won the 7th match, we celebrated as if we won the title. Cricket also shows you these pictures. This time, Rajasthan was the best team and we couldn’t even qualify. The things that are not in our hand, we don’t think about that a lot,”
